How to install libmysqlclient21 on Debian 11/12
===============================================

1. Go to https://dev.mysql.com/downloads/repo/apt/ and download mysql-apt-config_0.8.29-1_all.deb

2. Upload mysql-apt-config_0.8.29-1_all.deb to server /root folder

3. Connect to server via SSH

4. Change to /root folder

5. Type dpkg -i mysql-apt-config_0.8.29-1_all.deb press enter

6. Type apt update press enter

7. Type apt-get install -y libmysqlclient21 press enter

8. On the blue screen that pops up drop down to first Ok option in drop down box and press enter

9. libmysqlclient21 is now installed
